Karacabey Municipality to auction 33 municipal properties

Karacabey Municipality in Bursa is launching a comprehensive auction to lease 33 municipal properties for three-year terms. The properties include coffeehouses, shops, offices, groceries, warehouses, and weighing and ramp facilities located in rural neighborhoods.

The auction is scheduled to take place on August 17, 2026, at the Karacabey Municipality Service Building. Starting prices for the properties vary significantly, with some offices listed at 500 TL + VAT, while the 15 July Martyrs and Democracy Building—which includes a wedding hall and guest house—is set at a monthly starting price of 20,000 TL + VAT.

To participate, individuals or legal entities must deposit a temporary guarantee equal to 3% of the estimated three-year rental fee for each property. Applicants must also pay a specification fee of 500 TL and ensure they have no overdue debts to the municipality.
