Karachi police kill three and arrest five suspects in multiple encounters

Police in Karachi have conducted several operations against criminals, resulting in multiple arrests and fatalities during encounters.

In Machhar Colony, three suspects identified as Rehman, Umar Daraz, and Sajid were killed during a confrontation with the Daksh police. One police officer, Kalimullah, sustained minor injuries during the exchange of fire. Authorities recovered weapons, ammunition, and a motorcycle from the scene.

In separate operations across Saeedabad, New Karachi Industrial Area, North Nazimabad, and Timuriyah, police apprehended five suspects and injured four others. The arrests followed encounters near various locations, including the Khaskheli graveyard and the sector 6/B riverbank. Recovered items from the suspects included pistols, mobile phones, cash, and motorcycles. Several suspects, including Fida, Shariq, Muhammad Junaid, and Muhammad Farman, were identified and taken to local hospitals for medical treatment.
