Karaflobekatso returns to Olvio Theatre

The play ‘Karaflobekatso’, a black comedy written by Lena Kitsopoulou, is returning to the Olvio Theatre for its second year. Directed by Natassa Papamichail, the production explores themes of survival and daily life within a chaotic urban landscape.

The story follows a protagonist who, following a separation, moves into an apartment in an old building in central Athens. Despite the social activity and noise of the city, the character experiences a suffocating internal loneliness and begins to feel like a stranger in his own home. The play uses dark humor to examine the tension between urban myths and the reality of living without illusions.

The production features Yiannis Oikonomidis in the lead role, with Anna Makourina on piano. Performances are scheduled for Saturdays at 19:00 and Sundays at 20:30, with a duration of 60 minutes.
