Karatay Municipality announces new housing project in Konya

Karatay Municipality has launched applications for the Selim Sultan Konakları Housing Construction Cooperative in the Selim Sultan neighborhood of Konya. The project will be built on a 31,603 square meter area and consists of 30 blocks containing 350 apartments and 10 commercial shops.

The development offers three different housing types: 136 square meter 3+1 units, 109 square meter 2+1 units, and 88 square meter 2+1 units. Mayor Hasan Kılca stated that the project aims to provide planned, safe, and high-quality living spaces that address both housing needs and daily social requirements.

Membership and pre-applications are scheduled to be accepted between August 10 and August 16, 2026. Citizens can apply via the 'Yanıbaşımda Karatay' mobile application.
