Karate athletes compete at the 37th Trofeo Alpe Adria
The 37th International Open Karate – Trofeo Alpe Adria, a key event in the Open League circuit for national rankings, was held in Lignano Sabbiadoro.
Representing Fortitudo 1903 of Reggio Calabria, Michael Mollica secured a silver medal. The club's coach, Rossella Zoccali, also contributed to the event in her role as a U14 coach for the Italian National Team.
ASD Esercito – 187° Folgore of Livorno saw significant success with eight athletes participating. Bianca Boni earned a silver medal in the U14 47 kg kumite category, while Gabriele Pili took bronze in the U14 55 kg category. Additionally, Jacopo Citi and Simone Corvaglia both achieved 5th place finishes in their respective categories.
