Kardemir showcases railway production at InnoTrans 2026

Karabük Demir ve Çelik Fabrikaları (KARDEMİR) showcased its railway production capabilities at the InnoTrans 2026 exhibition held in Berlin, Germany. As a leading Turkish producer of rails and railway wheels, the company engaged with international industry representatives specializing in railway infrastructure, locomotives, metro systems, and freight transport.

During the event, KARDEMİR exhibited several specific products, including the 1,250 mm diameter E5000 locomotive wheel, the 860 mm diameter BA303 metro wheel, the 920 mm diameter freight wagon wheel, and the BA004 railway wheel set. The company also presented various grooved and vignole rail products designed for different railway and urban rail system applications.

Discussions at the exhibition focused on evaluating new projects, product requirements, export opportunities, and potential international cooperation.
