Karditsa defeats Kolossos 81-65 in Greek Basketball League

Karditsa secured a decisive 81-65 victory against Kolossos in the fifth round of the Greek Basketball League. The home team established control early in the match, leading 46-31 at halftime and dominating the rebounding battle.

Kolossos struggled with offensive efficiency, converting only 7 of 31 three-point attempts, while Karditsa successfully made 8 of 15. The lead for the home side fluctuated, reaching a maximum difference of 23 points during the game.

Following the match, Kolossos coach Aris Lykogiannis described the performance as the team’s worst this season, both domestically and in European competition. He attributed the loss to physical fatigue and a lack of mental focus, noting that several players struggled with early fouls which weakened the team's defensive aggression.
