Karim Adeyemi transfers from Borussia Dortmund to FC Barcelona

German winger Karim Adeyemi has completed a transfer from Borussia Dortmund to FC Barcelona. The move followed an initial rejected offer of €20 million from the Catalan club to the German side.

A significant factor in the transfer was the influence of Barcelona manager Hansi Flick, who previously worked with Adeyemi while coaching the German national team. Adeyemi has expressed deep gratitude toward Flick, noting that their existing relationship facilitated his integration into the squad.

Adeyemi has reported a smooth adaptation to life in Barcelona, citing the club's atmosphere and the local environment as key elements of his positive experience. While Real Madrid was linked to offensive reinforcements, reports indicate they did not enter negotiations for the player.
