Karl Lagerfeld Residences to debut in Mexico

Grupo Bosque Real has announced a partnership with Karl Lagerfeld to develop Karl Lagerfeld Residences Bosque Real, the first residential tower by the brand in Latin America. Located in Huixquilucan, State of Mexico, the project is part of the growing 'branded living' real estate trend, which integrates the aesthetic identity of international firms into residential spaces.

The development will consist of a 38-story tower featuring 73 residences, including two penthouses and a Gardenhouse. The interior design, led by The One Atelier in collaboration with Caroline Lebar, aims to translate the designer’s visual language into a contemporary living environment. Design elements include a monumental library inspired by Lagerfeld’s personal collection, travertine walls, and a black-and-white color palette.

This project joins the brand’s existing international branded residences in locations such as Lisbon, Marbella, Dubai, and Ras Al Khaimah. The development will also offer more than 23 amenities designed to combine high-end design with a specific lifestyle experience.
