Karlova Studánka to host inaugural wine and burčák festival

The mountain spa in Karlova Studánka is hosting its first Wine and Burčák Festival on Saturday, September 12. Starting at 2:00 PM, the event aims to bring the atmosphere of South Moravia to the Jeseníky mountains.

Visitors can sample a variety of wines, including dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet, red, and sparkling varieties, as well as red burčák. The festival features offerings from 15 different wineries, plus two additional winemakers present on-site. Sommelier Vojtěch Cmíral will be available to guide guests through the wine-making process and provide expert advice on food and wine pairings.

In addition to tastings, the spa's restaurant will offer a special menu designed to complement the selected wines, while food trucks will provide refreshments. Guided tastings will also be available via tasting tickets, where each ticket entitles the holder to a 0.5 deciliter sample.
