Karlsruher SC Opens New Training Pitch, Introduces Shuttle Service

Karlsruher SC has inaugurated a new training pitch at the BBBank Wildpark ahead of the 2026/27 2. Bundesliga season. The additional field is intended to improve training conditions, reduce wear on existing surfaces and support both the first team and youth development.

For the season‑opening home match against Arminia Bielefeld on 8 August, the club and local transport operator VBK will run a shuttle‑bus service between the Durlacher Tor stop and the stadium. The buses operate from 11 a.m. until shortly after the match, include provisions for mobility‑restricted spectators, and are covered by the ticket price. VBK also announced temporary line changes in the city due to summer infrastructure works that may affect travel to the venue.
