Karnataka Examinations Authority releases KSET 2026 answer key

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the provisional answer key for the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) 2026, following the exam held on 11 October 2026. Candidates can access the PDF answer keys for Paper I and Paper II on the official KEA website to estimate their scores. An objection window will be opened to allow candidates to challenge specific answers for a nominal fee.

Analysis of previous KSET data shows fluctuating General Merit (GM) cutoff trends. For instance, the Management subject saw a 40-mark increase in cutoffs between 2023 and 2025. In contrast, Life Science experienced both increases and sharp declines during the same period. While some candidates reported that the 2026 General Studies paper was more difficult than in previous years, historical trends suggest that paper difficulty does not always result in a uniform pattern for qualifying thresholds.
