Karnaval Bersatu Harmoni Nusantara celebrates Indonesian Independence Day

The Karnaval Bersatu Harmoni Nusantara was held at the Monas area in Jakarta on August 17, 2026, as part of the celebrations for Indonesia's 81st Independence Day. The event featured 32 decorated vehicles from various ministries, agencies, and student groups, including the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Nutrition Agency, and the Indonesian National Police.

Minister of Migrant Workers Protection Mukhtarudin noted that the carnival served as a momentum to bring government programs closer to the public. He highlighted the high level of community enthusiasm for priority government initiatives. The event also included exhibition booths, such as the Asta Mandala SMK Go Global stand, which aimed to introduce competency improvement programs for Indonesian youth to prepare them for the global job market.
