Karol Bielecki appointed president of Industria Kielce

Industria Kielce has expanded its management board to include former handball star Karol Bielecki as president. The board now consists of three members: Bielecki, Paweł Papaj, and sports manager Jakub Malke.

Bielecki, a former Champions League winner and Polish national team player, aims to leverage his business experience and background as a motivational speaker to secure new sponsors and build a stable budget. He emphasized a strategy of targeting various business partners, including smaller regional companies in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, to ensure long-term financial stability.

Jakub Malke joins the board with over 20 years of experience in sports management, primarily in volleyball. He intends to apply organizational and sporting solutions from his previous career to help develop the handball club.
