Karol G concerts draw massive crowds to El Paso Sun Bowl

Colombian singer Karol G performed at the Sun Bowl stadium in El Paso, Texas, as part of her ‘Viajando por el Mundo Tropitour’ concert series. The event drew an estimated crowd of over 50,000 spectators, causing significant traffic congestion at international bridges connecting Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, with El Paso.

Becky G opened the Saturday performance, which lasted approximately two hours. Due to high demand, ticket prices on resale platforms fluctuated, with some initial tickets priced around $300. Fans traveled from various locations, including New Mexico and Chicago, to attend the show. A second concert was scheduled for Sunday, September 6, which was expected to continue mobilizing large numbers of residents from Ciudad Juárez and increasing vehicular flow near the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP).
