Karpenisi to host new Hotel Management vocational school

The Public Employment Service (DYPA) and the Region of Central Greece are establishing a new vocational school in Karpenisi specializing in Hotel Management. This initiative aims to align professional training with the local labor market's needs, specifically focusing on mountain tourism and hospitality activities.

The Region of Central Greece will provide the necessary building infrastructure and equipment, while DYPA will manage the school's operations, educational processes, staff, and apprenticeships. For the 2026-2027 academic year, 25 student positions are planned. The program is designed for individuals aged 15-29 and offers free tuition, monthly stipends, housing and meal allowances, and military service deferment.
