Kars celebrates 962nd anniversary of the conquest of Ani

The 962nd anniversary of the conquest of Ani was celebrated in Kars, Turkey, with various cultural and sporting events. The commemorations, held near the border with Armenia, included a ceremony featuring a moment of silence and the national anthem.

Key highlights included an aerial demonstration by the Gendarmerie General Command’s Çelik Kanatlar team and a concert by the Armoni Mızıkası police band.
