Kars Municipality announces 124 million TL investment program

Kars Municipality has detailed its investment and service activities for the third period of 2026 during the Provincial Coordination Board Meeting. The municipality's investment program includes eight projects with a total cost of 124,000,334.60 TL.

Of these projects, seven are currently ongoing, while one has been completed. The ongoing projects represent a combined cost of approximately 122.5 million TL, whereas the completed project cost 1.5 million TL. As of the end of the reporting period, total actual expenditures reached approximately 24.2 million TL.

The scope of the investment program covers various sectors, including road construction, asphalt applications, bitumen procurement, drinking water, sewage infrastructure, social assistance, and strengthening the municipal vehicle fleet. Additionally, the municipality is focusing on technology training for youth.
