Turkey advances housing and infrastructure projects in Kartepe and Yeşilyurt

In Kocaeli, the Kartepe Kent Konutları housing project is nearing completion. Developed by Kent Konut A.Ş. under the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, the project consists of 144 apartments across 12 blocks in the Fatih Sultan Mehmet neighborhood. An official key handover ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, September 5, at 17:00.

In Malatya, local officials are overseeing reconstruction efforts in the Yeşilyurt district following earthquake damage. In the Kadiruşağı neighborhood, 76 village houses built by TOKİ are nearing delivery to residents. Yeşilyurt Mayor Prof. Dr. İlhan Geçit announced that the municipality will also construct two new bridges in the area to improve local infrastructure and connectivity.
