Karuizawa 72 Golf is introducing a new multifunctional automated machine designed to handle both golf fee settlements and hometown tax (furusato nozei) applications for Karuizawa Town. Scheduled to begin operations on October 10, 2026, the system allows players to complete tax donation procedures easily during the payment process after their round.

The initiative aims to enhance customer convenience while contributing to regional revitalization. By integrating the donation process into the golf experience, the facility hopes to encourage visitors to support the local economy and connect more deeply with the Karuizawa area. Donors can select various local rewards, such as seasonal Shinshu ingredients, local specialties, and tourism-related products.
