Karşıyaka Mayor Yıldız Ünsal Calls for New Stadium to Secure Club’s Future

Karşıyaka mayor Yıldız Ünsal hosted a meeting at Kent Balık Restoran with former and current officials of Karşıyaka Sports Club, including deputy chairman Ömer Ulaş Kırım, to review the club’s history and future needs.

Attendees stressed that a new Karşıyaka Stadium – referred to as Zübeyde Hanım Stadium – must generate permanent revenue through commercial, social and sporting facilities. They called for a strong, shared will to advance the project and secure long‑term financial stability for the club.
