Karşıyaka Municipality opens new skate park and renovated public space

Karşıyaka Municipality has completed the construction of a new skate park located within Şehit Ayhan Çınar Park in the Cumhuriyet neighborhood. The 306-square-meter skate park features custom-made railings produced in municipal workshops and colorful graffiti designs.

In addition to the skate park, the municipality renovated the entire 1,101-square-meter Şehit Ayhan Çınar Park. The project included updating the playground, installing new seating areas, renewing green spaces, and upgrading electrical infrastructure, lighting, and landscaping. The opening ceremony for the renovated park and skate park is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, at 19:00.
