The Artemisio Mountain Running event has been announced for Sunday, December 6, 2026, in Karyes, Argolis. Organized by the “To Artemisio” Cultural and Recreational Association, this 9th edition commemorates the 50th anniversary of the association’s founding.
The competition features several categories: a 26km mountain run, 12km and 5km trail runs, and a 1.5km children’s race. The races will start and finish in the central square of Karyes.
The event aims to promote sports and environmental awareness while highlighting local traditional products and the natural environment of Mount Artemisio. Participation is open to men and women aged 18 and older, with students aged 15 to 18 also eligible to participate.
