Kasaragod Railway Station cleanliness goes viral after traveler's praise

A Punjabi traveler, Harpreet Singh, has gained significant social media attention after sharing his impressions of the Kasaragod Railway Station in Kerala. Upon arriving at the station, Singh was struck by the exceptional cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.

In a video shared via the Instagram handle @backpacker_anmol, Singh noted the polished floors, clean benches, well-maintained waste bins, and spotless walls. He specifically highlighted the quality of the washrooms and the presence of passenger amenities, including a dedicated lounge equipped with massage chairs. Singh remarked, ‘This is not Japan, it is Kerala!’, noting that the station's condition exceeded his expectations for cleanliness in India.

The video has since gone viral, garnering over 780,000 views. Local residents have responded to the post with pride, welcoming the traveler and recommending other regional landmarks such as Bekal Fort and Ranipuram.
