Kashi Rudras reach fourth consecutive Uttar Pradesh T20 League playoffs

The Kashi Rudras concluded their 2026 Uttar Pradesh T20 League campaign by securing their fourth consecutive playoff appearance. Despite a mid-season slump involving four consecutive losses, the two-time champions finished third in the league stage after a decisive 56-run victory over the Meerut Mavericks.

The team's season ended in a narrow one-run defeat against the Noida Kings in the Eliminator. Captain Karan Sharma led the team's batting, winning the Orange Cap with 361 runs, including a century against the Noida Super Kings.

On the bowling side, Atal Bihari Rai recorded 15 wickets, while 19-year-old spinner Kartik Yadav emerged as a key performer with 11 wickets, highlighted by a 3/12 performance in the final league match.
