Kashiwa BMW reopens with new Retail Next showroom concept

Motoren Grantz, an authorized BMW dealer, has relocated and reopened Kashiwa BMW in Chiba Prefecture on August 28. The new facility is located along Route 16 in the Kashiwanoha area, offering convenient access from both the Kashiwa Interchange and Kashiwa-no-ha Campus Station.

The dealership implements BMW’s new “Retail Next” showroom concept, which focuses on a “customer-centric” approach. This concept utilizes digital tools to assist with vehicle searches and feature comparisons while emphasizing sustainable, eco-friendly design. The showroom features space to display six vehicles and includes a dedicated handover and reception bay for vehicle deliveries.

In addition to the showroom, the facility includes a seven-bay service workshop on the third floor to provide comprehensive after-sales support. This relocation marks the 75th dealership to adopt the Retail Next concept. The BMW Group aims to transition all its dealerships to this new retail model by the end of 2028.
