Kasumigaseki Capital completes cold storage warehouse in Narashino

Kasumigaseki Capital has announced the completion and handover of ‘LOGI FLAG COLD Narashino I’, a specialized logistics facility located in Narashino, Chiba Prefecture. The four-story steel-frame building has a total floor area of 8,441.28 square meters.

The facility is designed as a rental-type cold storage warehouse utilizing environmentally friendly natural refrigerants. It features versatile temperature control capabilities, allowing specific areas to be set between +5°C and -25°C. The facility is situated approximately 2km from the Yatsu-Funabashi and Wangan-Narashino interchanges, providing efficient access to central Tokyo and nearby industrial hubs. It is also located roughly 500 meters from Shin-Narashino Station.

Nitto Best, a food manufacturer specializing in frozen, chilled, and retort foods, has been confirmed as the tenant. The lease agreement for the facility is scheduled to begin in September 2026.
