Kataller Toyama defeats Blaublitz Akita 4-0 for first J2 win

Kataller Toyama secured their first victory of the season with a 4-0 win against Blaublitz Akita in the second round of the J2 League. The match took place at Soyu Stadium in Akita.

Toyama established an early lead with goals from Kiki Takahashi in the 21st minute and Kang Min-woo in the 25th minute. In the second half, Kim Tae-won scored in the 55th minute following an assist from captain Tsubasa Yoshihira, and Yoshihira added a fourth goal in the 81st minute to seal the win.

Following the match, manager Ryo Adachi noted the need to improve finishing quality in front of the goal, while Takahashi expressed a desire to carry the momentum into their next home game against FC Imabari.
