Katarina Flatland named new host for Eventyrlig oppussing

Viaplay has announced that Katarina Flatland will take over as the host of the popular renovation program “Eventyrlig oppussing”. Flatland succeeds Halvor Bakke, who hosted the series for 12 seasons.

Flatland stated that she intends to respect the established format of the show while bringing her own curiosity to the projects. Filming for the new season is already underway, with a premiere scheduled for Viaplay and TV3 in the autumn of 2027. The upcoming season is described as ambitious, featuring projects that the program has not attempted previously.
