Katarzyna Kieli to remain head of Skydance operations in Poland

Katarzyna Kieli will continue to lead the Polish operations following the acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery by Paramount Skydance. The decision was communicated by JB Perrette, Co-Chair and Chief Business Officer of Skydance TV and Skydance Direct-To-Consumer.

Kieli, who has served as the president and managing director of Warner Bros. Discovery in Poland since 2022, will oversee an integrated media team. Her responsibilities will encompass television, news, sports, digital business, and production activities, including the management of TVN.

Perrette noted that Kieli will maintain her leadership role due to the unique scale and diverse profile of the company’s business in the Polish market, which includes entertainment, news, and digital studios.
