Kate Middleton visits Evelina London Children’s Hospital after Wimbledon appearances
Princess Kate, the Princess of Wales, spent a day at Evelina London Children’s Hospital on 6 July 2026. She toured the new cardiac unit, met young patients and families, and spoke with staff about the hospital’s expansion plans, including a future Children’s Cancer Principal Treatment Centre. Wearing a white Suzannah “Flippy Wiggle” dress and a bracelet made by her daughter Princess Charlotte, she interacted with a three‑year‑old boy who asked if she was the queen’s daughter; she replied, “No, I am the Princess of Wales.” The child’s father praised her, saying, “It’s absolutely amazing, she was so wonderful.”
During the same week the Middleton family attended Wimbledon. Carole Middleton and her husband Michael were photographed in the Royal Box on consecutive days, while daughter Pippa Middleton attracted attention in a Reformation Naira dress, and Carole wore a floral ME+EM outfit with a Longchamp handbag favoured by Kate. The royal appearances highlighted the family’s public presence at the Grand Slam and their fashion choices.
