Kategora announces investor visits for Torremolinos hotel project

Kategora has announced private visit days on September 24 and 25 for its Kategora Oceanika hotel apartment project located in Torremolinos, Costa del Sol. The complex has been operational since early March under the management of Kora Living, operating as Kora Olea.

More than 60% of the 180 apartments have already been sold. Remaining units are available starting from 238,000 euros, with an estimated net profitability of 7%. The open house sessions will consist of three organized sessions for small groups, allowing potential investors to tour the facilities, view apartments, and learn about the investment and hotel management model.
