Katerina Euro celebrates 70th birthday

Bulgarian actress Katerina Euro is celebrating her 70th birthday. Born in Sofia in 1956, she has maintained a prominent career in Bulgarian cinema, theater, and television for nearly five decades.

She rose to stardom with her role as Reni in the film ‘Orkestar bez ime’ (Orchestra Without a Name) in 1982. Her diverse career includes roles in films such as ‘Ravnovesie’ and ‘Iskam Amerika’, as well as television appearances in ‘Klub NLO’ and various culinary programs. She has also served as a jury member on ‘Bulgaria Turshi Talant’ and participated in the reality show ‘Vip Brother’.

Beyond acting, Euro has established herself as a television host and culinary personality, notably hosting ‘Barzo, lesno, vkusno’ on BNT in 2019 and publishing a cookbook. She is a member of the Union of Bulgarian Film Makers.
