Greek actress Katerina Tsavalu has spoken openly about her personal life and the challenges of her divorce from Dimitris Stergiou. The couple, who married in 2017 after a relationship that began publicly in 2016, decided to divorce in 2024 following seven years of marriage.

Tsavalu stated that while divorce is always a difficult process, she is currently focused on her daughter, Marimeli, born in 2018. She noted that she is not currently seeking new romantic relationships, emphasizing that her priority is her child and maintaining her faith in love.
