Katerini to host theatrical production ‘A Child Counts the Stars’

The theatrical production ‘A Child Counts the Stars’ is scheduled to perform at the Katerini Municipal Park Amphitheater on Friday, September 4, at 8:00 p.m. Directed and adapted by Alexandros Rigas, the play is based on the text by Elena Angelopoulou.

The story is an adaptation of a novel that has been popular since its Greek debut in 1956. It follows the character Melios, a child who navigates social adversities to pursue knowledge, justice, and the right to dream. The production features a cast including George Papadopoulos, Dimitris Priskas, Vassilis Savlas, and others.
