Katey Sagal discusses aging and motherhood in recent interview
Actress Katey Sagal, known for her role as Peggy Bundy in 'Married... with Children', recently shared personal reflections during a podcast hosted by her colleague Ted Danson. Sagal, 72, spoke openly about maintaining an active intimate life and challenging societal taboos regarding aging and sexuality.
Sagal also discussed her journey to late motherhood. After losing a daughter in 1991, she and her husband, Kurt Sutter, utilized a surrogate to welcome their daughter, Esmé Louise Sutter, in 2007 when Sagal was 52. She noted that while her husband initially did not want children, they eventually fulfilled this wish through artificial fertilization and surrogacy.
