Katie Price's latest breast surgery sparks mixed reactions from her children

Reality TV star Katie Price announced she had undergone another breast augmentation – reportedly her 18th – during filming of the fourth series of "The Princess Diaries". The disclosure was captured on camera in April, with Price speaking from Dubai where she lives with husband Lee Andrews.

Her daughter, Princess Andre (19), reacted with shock and curiosity, initially thinking the procedure was a reduction before learning it was an increase. She later commented, "If they have to get bigger, it's fine – she can change what she wants." Her brother, Junior Savva Andre (21), was far less enthusiastic, shouting "No, no, no" in a video call and refusing to look at his mother’s new breasts, saying they were "jumping out of the camera".

Princess also spoke to the press about working with her mother, describing Katie as having "no filter" and noting the family's recent reconciliation with ex‑husband Peter Andre, while the siblings affirm their mutual support.
