Katjes International revenue grows 55% in first half of 2026

Katjes International reported a 55% increase in group revenue for the first half of 2026, reaching EUR 256.0 million. The company's EBITDA also grew by approximately 14% to EUR 15.8 million.

This growth was driven by strategic acquisitions and the consolidation of new brands. Key contributors include the acquisition of the British healthy-snacking brand Graze (Nature Delivered Ltd.) from Unilever in February 2026, and the integration of the Bogner Group following its majority takeover in September 2025. Additionally, the company's Katjes Quiet Luxury division acquired a 27% stake in the Italian luxury brand Missoni in May 2026.

The company confirmed its full-year guidance, expecting at least EUR 650 million in group revenue and an EBITDA margin between 10% and 12%. Management anticipates significant results in the second half of the year, noting that Bogner and other portfolio segments traditionally perform stronger during this period.
