Katowice launches third edition of youth photography competition

The third edition of the ‘Lato w Kato’ photography competition has launched in Katowice. Aimed at creative youth, the contest encourages participants to showcase the city through their own perspective using either professional cameras or smartphones.

This year’s competition features two thematic categories: ‘Zielone Katowice’, which focuses on the city’s natural elements like parks and forests, and ‘Katowice w ruchu’, which captures the dynamic daily life and movement within public spaces. Winners will compete for prizes and the Grand Prix, with the opportunity to have their work displayed in a physical post-competition exhibition.
