Katowice restaurant to open in former Pasibus location

A new restaurant, ‘Pizza z Pieca Opalanego Drewnem’, is scheduled to open on September 15, 2026, in Katowice. The establishment will occupy the large, two-level premises at Dworcowa 4 in the Stary Dworzec area, which was previously home to the Pasibus burger restaurant for eight years.

The new venue features two golden wood-fired pizza ovens as its centerpiece. The interior undergoes ongoing renovations, including ceiling work in the eight-meter-high main hall and the addition of seating boxes. The restaurant plans to accommodate 80 guests initially, with a target capacity of 100 on the upper floor and an additional 26 seats on the ground level. An outdoor garden will also be available in front of the building.
