Katrakeio Theatre to host solidarity concert for mobile therapy unit

A major solidarity concert is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at the Katrakeio Theatre in Nikaia. The event features numerous established artists and aims to fund the creation and operation of a Mobile Special Therapy Unit.

This unit will provide assessment, early intervention, and support services to children and families living in remote and inaccessible areas of Greece. The initiative is part of the Panhellenic Initiative ‘CHORIS APOSTASEIS’ (Without Distances) organized by SKEPI for All, with support from the Municipality of Nikaia – Ag. I. Rentis as part of the theatre's 40th-anniversary celebrations.

The concert will be fully accessible, including Greek Sign Language interpretation. Featured performers include Rita Antonopoulou, Foteini Velesiotou, Veronika Davaki, Mariana Katsimicha, Savveria Margiola, Dimitris Bakoulis, Natassa Bofiliou, Giota Nega, Papazos, Apostolos Rizos, and Manolis Famellos, alongside the Chorus Vivendi and the children's and youth choir of KDAE AMA ‘Epi-LOGES’.
