Katrina Kaif rumored for cameo in Prabhas' Telugu film 'Spirit

Media reports indicate that Indian actress Katrina Kaif is being considered for a brief but pivotal cameo in the upcoming Telugu action drama "Spirit", starring Prabhas and directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. If confirmed, the role would mark Kaif's return to Telugu cinema after almost two decades, her previous appearances being in "Malliswari" and "Allari Pidugu".

The speculation follows earlier news that Deepika Padukone exited the project over alleged disagreements on remuneration, profit‑sharing and shooting schedules. Director Vanga posted a strongly worded comment on social media about a breach of trust, which many interpreted as a reference to the Deepika controversy, though no names were mentioned. Neither the film's producers nor Kaif have issued an official statement on the potential cameo.
