Kağıtspor athletes secure multiple medals in national championships

Kağıtspor, a sports club under the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, has reported significant achievements across various disciplines. The club currently manages 6,450 athletes across 48 different branches, including 17 branches for athletes with disabilities, with 267 athletes representing Turkey at the national level.

In recent competitions, the club's youth athletes secured several medals. In the Still Water Canoe Turkey Championship held in Eskişehir, Defne Deniz, Rengim Özeren, Meryem Nil Baş, and Sare İpek Memiş all achieved third place. Additionally, in the Youth Rowing Turkey Championship in Edirne, Elif Temiz and Amine Hatun Yazıcı earned bronze medals in the U15 Women's 2X category.

In traditional sports, Hasan Çakır won a gold medal in the Small Middle category at the 66th Kurtdereli Oil Wrestling Competitions in Balıkesir, while Hamza Ay secured a bronze medal in the Minik 1 Boy category.
