American pop star Katy Perry has been confirmed to perform in the Dominican Republic for the first time as part of the Festival Presidente 2026. The announcement was made by SD Concerts and the Cervecería Nacional Dominicana, marking a major highlight for the festival's return.

The event is scheduled to take place in December 2026 at the Juan Pablo Duarte Olympic Center. Perry joins a lineup that already includes artists such as Juan Luis Guerra, Don Omar, Milly Quezada, Beéle, Omar Courtz, and Elena Rose.

This edition of Festival Presidente marks the event's return after a nine-year hiatus since 2017. Organizers have stated that further details regarding specific dates, ticket sales, and the remaining artist lineup will be revealed in the coming weeks.
