Kaufland logistics hub in Stryama supports Bulgarian producers
Kaufland’s central warehouse in Stryama serves as a critical logistics hub for Bulgarian agricultural producers, facilitating rapid distribution of fresh produce across the country. Located in a major agricultural region, the facility allows products like tomatoes from Rakovski to reach store shelves in locations as distant as Petrich or Silistra within 24 hours of harvest.
Local producers benefit from the proximity to the warehouse, which helps maintain the freshness and quality of perishable goods such as salads and herbs. One producer from Trlistnik reported that working with Kaufland has increased their company turnover 30-fold over a 20-year period due to the efficient supply chain.
