Kavala bus fire at General Hospital evacuated safely, no injuries

A fire broke out in the rear of an urban bus parked at the entrance of the General Hospital in Kavala, Greece, while the vehicle was operating on its scheduled route. The driver stopped the bus and evacuated all passengers without incident, and fire crews quickly extinguished the blaze.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation. The incident caused temporary disruption to the hospital’s parking area but services continued normally.
