Kavala: Two dead in motorcycle and electric scooter collision
A fatal traffic accident occurred on Saturday, October 3, near Nea Peramos in the Kavala region, specifically in the Pangaios municipality on the road toward Ammolofos beach. The collision involved a motorcycle and an electric scooter.
Initially, a 34-year-old male motorcyclist was fatally injured at the scene. A 36-year-old man, the operator of the electric scooter, was transported to the Kavala General Hospital and placed in intensive care. However, he succumbed to his injuries during the night.
The two victims, who were reportedly friends, were of Albanian origin. Authorities are currently conducting an investigation to determine the exact circumstances and conditions that led to the collision between the two vehicles.
