Kawasaki announces 2027 motorcycle lineup updates

Kawasaki has announced updates to several motorcycle models for the 2027 lineup, including the return of its flagship supercharged series.

The Ninja H2 Carbon is set to return to the Japanese market around spring 2027. This model features significant mechanical updates to its 998cc supercharged engine, including a revised intake system, a new exhaust system, and an increased compression ratio to improve mid-to-low range torque. The updated engine produces 200ps and meets EURO5+ standards. Other enhancements include Brembo Hypure brake calipers, KYB front suspension, Öhlins rear suspension, and a new TFT display.

Additionally, the Versys 1100 SE 2027 model will be released on October 17, 2026, featuring a new Plasma Lime Green and Metallic Diablo Black color scheme. Priced at 2,123,000 yen, it retains its 1098cc four-cylinder engine and touring-focused features.

The Ninja 500 2027 model is also scheduled for release on October 17, 2026, priced at 891,000 yen. It maintains its 451cc parallel-twin engine and lightweight 171kg chassis, aimed at providing an accessible sport riding experience.
