Kawasaki expands Z900RS lineup with new accessories and upgraded SE model

Kawasaki's Z900RS motorcycle received a series of performance‑oriented upgrades from aftermarket maker ARS Gear. The Japanese‑made parts include a full‑exhaust muffler, riding step, sub‑frame, and radiator core guard, each offered in black, orange‑gold, and silver‑clear finishes. Prices range from roughly ¥2.9 million for the core guard to ¥6.71 million for the full‑exhaust system, allowing owners to tailor both aesthetics and handling.

The model also saw a major refresh in its SE variant, first introduced for the 2022 model year. The Z900RS SE retains the 948 cc parallel‑four engine but adds an electronic throttle (ETV), higher compression, revised cam profiles, a lighter flywheel, and a longer intake funnel. Output rises to 116 ps at 9,300 rpm. Standard equipment now includes a Bosch 6‑axis IMU enabling quick‑shifter up/down, cornering ABS, and cruise control, delivering a more refined riding experience.

Both the accessory kit and the SE upgrade aim to blend classic retro styling with modern sport‑bike performance, giving riders a customized yet technically advanced version of the Z900RS.
