Kawasaki launches 2027 Versys 650 in India

Kawasaki has launched the 2027 Versys 650 in India, priced at Rs 8.63 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated model features a new Candy Lime Green color option and the addition of smartphone connectivity to its 4.3-inch TFT display.

Mechanically, the motorcycle remains largely unchanged from the previous model year. It is powered by a 649cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine that produces 67 PS at 8,500rpm and 61Nm of torque at 7,000rpm, paired with a six-speed gearbox and an assist-and-slipper clutch.

The adventure touring setup includes a tubular diamond frame, a 41mm telescopic front fork with 150mm of travel, and a rear monoshock with 145mm of travel. Other standard features include dual-channel ABS, LED lighting, Kawasaki Traction Control, and a four-position adjustable windscreen.
